French Bilingual Customer Service - Deadline April 3, 2024
What to Expect:
Interact with customers via phone to provide support, research, analyze, and determine solutions for customers, represent company products with empathy and care, accurately resolve inquiries on the first contact, and provide quality customer service, including technical troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
Candidates must possess proficiency in French and English at CEFR B2 level, be fluent in speaking and writing in both languages, comfortable navigating multiple systems, at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent, able to pass a criminal background check, eager to advance their career within a reputable company, and capable of working well in a team or independently.
Computer Requirements:
A 10 Mbps wired internet connection for upstream/downstream, separate monitor, USB headset, and Windows computer are required.
